In the past twelve years, in collaboration with several of our personally known, familiar Tuscan operators and homeowners, we offer a wide selection of villas, cottages and apartments not only in the enchanting Tuscany and Umbria but also in other regions of Italy.
As we "only" let properties and provide no further services such as airline tickets or service packages, we are "only intermediaries and not organizers under §§651a ff. BGB. But this does not mean a reduction in security for you as your money is guaranteed by the Italian National Guarantee Fund (Decree n° 206/05, article 100 law of Consumer Protection Act) that as bankruptcy of the organizer or seller the money already paid will be refunded to the consumer. When booking, you will receive along with the confirmation note the assurance of the organizers.
Many landlords, throughout the world say that they personally offer lodging ... this is not always true, but I assure you: We know our properties personally and they're usually very friendly owners. Our permanent presence in the area is a very special guarantee for you. If you find your dream house next to a construction site or something similar, then you will certainly hear about it from us!
