Antico Borghetto, as its name indicates, is an ancient structure originally built by a noble family from Pisa at the end of the sixteenth century and early seventeenth century. The small village still includes the main house, the old family chapel dated 1714, the old mill and the stone farmhouse recently restored which has been converted into two cozy apartments to holidaymakers .
The owners have taken great care in the restoration and renovation of the house, respecting the original features of the building and essential facilities such as wood, plaster, lime and terracotta floors by hand.
Thanks to its strategic position, Antico Borghetto, close to the road from Arezzo to Montevarchi, allows you to organize numerous excursions and visits to major tourist destinations in the area. The center of Arezzo is located just 4 km from the hamlet.
INTERIOR
APPARTAMENTO ANNINA
6 sleeps. Large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom. Tastefully decorated in Tuscan style.
The property also features a double room situated near the old mill and then separated from the apartments, with private bathroom with shower.
APPARTAMENTO GEMMY
4 +2 sleeps. Lounge with fireplace, 2 sofas one of which converts into a bed for 2 persons, twin room with bathroom, kitchen, hallway with a bathroom, double bedroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned except the external one. Screens on all windows.
On the first floor of the stone house lives the owner that can be contacted for any need.
ACCESSORIES: Internet (key), toaster, hair dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, solarium, barbecue, mosquito nets on all windows.
EXTERNAL
In summer, in the hottest weeks, you can dine under a large porch, facing toward the park and the surrounding hills.
The pool of 13 x 6 m is for the exclusive use of guests, with outdoor hot showers, and a private bath, located in the small house near the pool.
Barbecue and oven are close to the porch.

Services not included: final cleaning of € 120.00 (€ 60.00 for each apartment) to be paid directly in cash to the owner.
