Antico Forno was a brick-kiln until the end of 19th century, which has been carefully restored keeping the original structure and furnished with taste by the actual owners. The house is located in the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, and it is set inside an hectare of forest of the “Appenninica marquis”. The refine finishing touches such as stylish furnishing with particular attention to the fine details, offers the house a comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding garden creates an oasis of peace and relaxation.

INTERIOR

The house is set on three levels, on the ground floor there is the dining room with corner kitchen and breakfast bar, living room with sofas and TV, and a service bathroom.

In front the entrance there is a characteristic stone staircase that leads to the first floor, where there is a dining room and kitchen. On the left of the same floor there is a small living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

Finally on the second floor, there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace which overlooks the swimming pool, there is also a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom.

The dependance has on the ground floor a spacious dining room, kitchen, service bathroom and a laundry room.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with the access to two large terraces in stone and brick.

GARDEN

The property is surrounded by a lawn garden and space paved in stone. As far as the eye can see there are forests that extend to about one hectare, enriched with traditional “Appenninica Marquis” and secular trees. An enormous blackberry tree is used to create a natural gazebo ideal for lunches outdoors or moments of complex relax.

POOL

The swimming pool has a rectangular form and measures 10 x 4.5 meters with a variable depth from 1.20 to 1.70 meters with a light blue base. The pool is only about 5 meters from the house and the area surrounding the pool is paved with white stone and is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Next to the pool there is also a hot and cold shower.

POSITION

The house is situated 800 m far from the nice village of Santa Vittoria in Matenano with all the basic services and close to important towns like San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno.  It is a gracious recently restored country house located in the beautiful hills of Marche just 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic sea.
