The apartments are located in a quiet place and they have sleeps for 4, 5 and 8 people close to the sandy beach and the village of Marina di Campo.
The house is divided into three apartments, two downstairs and a larger one on the first floor. The house is located between the pine forest and the central part of the largest sandy beach of the island, located about 200 m distant. At the same time it is close to the center of Marina di Campo, just a few minutes walk along the promenade.
Despite its proximity to the sea and the town, the house is in a quiet location offering peace and quiet even during high season.
Each apartment has a separate entrance. The house has an outdoor space that allows you to eat outside.
Parking available inside the property, which is important since it allows to use the car only for trips around the island of Elba.
INTERIOR
The apartment (35 m², ground floor) has been recently renovated. The living room with kitchen area has a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower.
Equipment: TV, parking in the property, washing machine in the apartment of four rooms.
Services included: electricity, water, cooking gas
Services not included: Final cleaning € 55 for two rooms, 75 for the three-room apartment and 85 (payable in cash on arrival) for the four-room apartment.
Services available on request: Linen and towels can be rented for 15 € per person (to be requested at least 10 days before arrival)
