This strategic situation makes it an excellent point of reference for visiting such internationally renowned historical centres as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia and Assisi.
The villa is spacious and possesses interesting architectural features. It is beautifully furnished and decorated in keeping with the style of thebuilding. At the edge of the garden, in a very panoramic position, there is a large swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.30-1.80 m) where you can spend the hottest summer days.

In front of the house is a beautiful terrace-solarium, (60sq.m.) equipped with outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy an incomparable view over the Val di Chiana, from Lake Trasimeno to the Amiata and Cetona mountains, and on clear days the view reaches as far as the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines.
