Casa Angy is a beautiful recent villa located in a panoramic position near the Italian capital: Rome. The villa has a well kept garden with nice views over Rome and the hills around the city. The property is entirely fenced and externally has the typical characteristics of a Roman country houses with the presence of red – bordeaux plaster. The centre of Rome is easily reachable (also using public transportation) which allows guests to spend time immersed in the art and culture of the “Eternal City”.

Another interesting choice is the possibility to organize daily excursions to Fregene, the roman seaside, well known for its beaches, restaurants and the night life. In the property lives a caretaker who will not interfere with the guests. He takes care of the garden and the pool maintenance without disturbing the clients during their holiday. The presence of the caretaker should be considered positive factor as he is available for any technicality guests may need.

Property Details

INTERIOR

The property develops on one floor. The main entrance is situated under the beautiful portico located along the panoramic side of the villa. From the main entrance you enter directly in the large living room with fireplace. The living room is divided into 2 relaxation areas furnished with sofas and armchairs., adjacent to this there is also the dining area. On the right hand side of the living room there is the kitchen, another dining area with fireplace and a laundry room. This dining area has direct access to the garden and stone barbecue. On the left hand side of the main living room, there is the sleeping area. There are 3 double bedrooms each with private living area and en-suite bathrooms with shower. Two of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the garden and one of these two also has the private living area with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchenette. On the left hand side of the corridor that leads form the living room to the sleeping area, there is a staircase that leads to the attic where there is a double bedroom (with A/C) and a bathroom with shower.

GARDEN

The property has a 2 hectares of cultivated park mostly with olive trees. The garden around the villa measures about 1000 square metres of crisp green lawns, secular trees, hedges and various type and colors of flowers. Casa Angy has numerous relaxing areas; the belvedere living area located under an original sail as well as the large portico furnished with dining table and sofas, ideal to read a book enjoying the unique panorama.

POOL

The pool is located 20 metres from the villa. It has an irregular form, and has a surface of about 40 square metres and a variable depth from 0,50 m to 2,00 m. The pool area is paved and furnished with sun beds, sun umbrellas, tables, chairs and benches. The pool is at guests disposal from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
