The property, which dates to the 19th century, was skillfully restored just a few years ago utilizing recycled material typical of the area.

POSITION
Calvi, originally Carbium, is a typical medieval borgo enclosed by old walls. In Roman times it was the seat of ville rustiche (farmhouses). The surroundings are characterized by the compactness and extension of uncontaminated woods on the nearby mountains and hills towards the Tiber. From Calvi dell'Umbria it is possible to get to the nearby towns of Spoleto, Viterbo and Rieti, the nature reserve of the lake of Vico and the splendid Marmore Waterfall with water sports such as rafting, hydrospeed, canyoning and climbing.
