Casa il Cedro is a nice villa set amongst olive groves and vineyards, on the hills between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. The house is surrounded by a large green park shaded by cluster pines, beech trees and and old cedar overlooking the mountains of Cortona and the Trasimeno Lake.
There is also a barbecue, table tennis and a swing for children. On one side of the garden is a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool (depth m. 1,40) equipped with loungers, sun beds and umbrellas.
There is a nearby road with easy access to the small village of Petrignano with local shops and services.
INTERIOR
GROUND FLOOR: the house is made up of two connected units. From the front entrance there is a sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Large sitting/dining room with kitchenette facing the large terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

One of the villa's strong points is undoubtedly its green enclosed park, composed of pines, cypresses, firs and a centuries-old cedar, a peaceful refuge for your four-legged friends and a safe place for your children to play. In the garden you will have at your disposal a barbecue, a table tennis, swings for the children, and a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, perfect for escaping the summer heat and for an aperitif by the pool.
