Casa Gingi is a lovely holiday villa located in the Chianti Hills not far from Greve in Chianti and Florence. This house is an interesting location for visiting the most important and well-known destinations of Tuscany such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, the Chianti region, the Valdorcia region and so many others charming villages.
While staying at Casa Gingi, you’ll be able to taste the typical Tuscan wine and food of this famous region; not only Chianti wine but also a high-quality fragrant olive oil used in the preparation of most part of the traditional Tuscan dishes as ribollita, bruschetta and zuppa di farro.
Casa Gingi is one of the four independent villas of a recently built new complex. The house has its own private entrance with private garden area and furnished loggia for outdoor dining. One side of the house has a view on the pool and the surrounding woods, while the other side looks out on the Chianti vineyards and Monte San Michele. All the rooms are bright and spacious, and each window offers wonderful views. The interior decoration of the houses is in the Tuscan style and offers a high level of comfort.
Mountain bikes can be rented and there is a Reservation Service where guests can book wine tastings, restaurant and museum tickets. There is also a riding school nearby where horse lovers can go riding.

GROUND FLOOR: Large living room with double bed-settee, kitchen-dining room, bedroom with bunk beds where an extra bed can be added, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub.
OUTDOOR
The house has direct access to the swimming pool. Guests have full use of the pool beautiful 7 x 14m swimming pool with Jacuzzi (for max. 4 people / depth 1,20-1,40m) to be shared with the other 3 villas of the complex together with the common garden area, near the swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with chairs and sun beds. On one side of the pool, there is a beautiful terrace equipped with a gazebo.
The pool is open from 01/05 to 02/10.
