Casa Magdalena is a beautiful villa born from the restoration of the earlier building which was added a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful scenery. This home is located on the border with Gualdo Sibillini National Park. The structure is a stone farmhouse consists of 170 square feet of living space on two floors. It has traditional exposed stone walls, floors and beamed ceilings. All rooms are spacious and generous in size with high ceilings and are irradiated with plenty of natural light. The ground floor comprises a large lounge with fireplace and sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, 1 bathroom and 1 laundry room. On the first floor 1 double bedroom with own shower, 1 double, 1 double bunk beds and another bathroom with shower.
