Casa Piccina is a beautiful holiday villa which the owners have decided to make available to those who wish to spend their holidays there, is immersed in an unspoiled natural environment, in the heart of Umbria which has become one of the most sought after areas of Italy by tourists.

In front of the house, bathed in sunlight all day long, there is a beautiful swimming-pool (6x12m - depth 1.40m) equipped with sun-beds, deck-chairs and sun umbrellas. The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden with a 1km long path particularly suitable for running or walking and with benches where one can rest along the way.
The house has been rationally and comfortably furnished. There is a stereo and CD player which can be heard in all the rooms. Shaded parking.
