Casa Pierina is a lovely detached stone house with private pool situated in the luxuriant and fertile Valdichiana valley, between the famous Tuscan towns of Monte San Savino and Arezzo. The house is set in a hilly position and surrounded by the Tuscan landscape, typical of this area, such as soft hills, extensive orchards and wheat and sunflower fields.

INTERIOR
Casa Pierina is a single level house composed by:
Living-room with fireplace, double sofa-bed with direct access through a characteristic arch to the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with table, chairs and benches. The kitchen has a direct access to the external porch. The house is completed by a double bedroom with wardrobe (with sliding door), room with bunk beds, bathroom with tub and integrated shower.
EXTERNAL
The small villa is surrounded by a large well-kept garden (1 hectare) which is totally fenced. The beautiful swimming-pool is 5x10 m - depth 1,80 m - and has been placed in a sunny and panoramic position. Guests have exclusive use of it. The roofed-over veranda, situated outside the kitchen, is ideal for organizing “al fresco” meals. It is equipped with a wooden table and chairs. There is another porch in the back side of the house, next to the barbecue.
