Casa Richard features a large private garden furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, swimming pool shared with the other 5 apartments (11 x 6 m - depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 1,6 m - open from 15/ 06 to 15 /09) with a space reserved by the pool for guests of Casa Richard , shower ( cold water) near the swimming pool .
Washing machine is located in a room outside the apartment ( accessible from the garden ) . Parking within the grounds .
