Casa Rosina is surrounded by the country side near Lucignano, a beautiful little town dated back to the middle age, characterized by an elliptic-shape circle of walls. Casa Rosina is a part of a farmhouse which is composed by three floors and a small annex. The annex basement, where once there were cellars , has been equipped with a fresh gym. The furniture is well-groomed and comfortable.

ANNEX: access through two steps, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, double bedroom, study with single bed and truckle bed, bathroom with shower. Going down through an internal staircase we find the gym equipped with bench, exercise bike, and punching bag.

EXTERIOR
The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m.), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. It is possible to heat the pool at the cost of Euro 12,00 per day.

Services included: fully cleaned property equipped with linens, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use), pool and park maintenance.
Compulsory services not included: final cleanings (€ 100,00 fix).
