Casa Sandy is spacious, independent, cozy with a big garden and a swimming pool. It is located in Flumini, south Sardinia, about 30 km from Villasimius and about 20 km from the international airport Cagliari Elmas.

Flumini is about 7 km from the city of Quartu. In this part of the coast there are both white sandy beaches, both rocky beaches.

The internal area extends from the coast to the mountains of the 'Seven Brothers' and presents a variety of natural conditions ranging from 'Mediterranean scrub' the rivers and lake systems, where there are several species of protected animals.

INTERIORS

The villa has a basement with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the basement is independent.

A staircase of 20 steps leads to the main entrance of the villa; past the entrance and down four steps is the living room with fireplace and open kitchen from which you can access a side porch, the outdoor dining area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.

The first floor includes a master bedroom, two double bedrooms and a shower bathroom.

Accessories: Television with local channels and DVD, barbecue, washing machine, electric oven, safe.


The price does not include: € 37.00 per person per week for bed linen and towels, gas and final cleaning; electricity € 0.35 per kilowatt; Water consumption € 1.00 / cubic meter (meter reading will be communicated via SMS and be charged via credit card).
