Casale Lucca is an ancient villa, dating back to the 1800s and recently restored by the owners. This old villa was beautifully, elegantly restored and furnished with all the modern comforts; there are solar and photovoltaic panels that contribute to the electricity and heating the house.

Casale Lucca is about 900 square meters and is immersed in 8 hectares of land; the house is sorrounded by a well kept garden where is also located the beautiful pool. The parking lot is shared with the owners who have many years of experience with guests and they are always very kind and discreet. Outside, not visible from the villa there are dogs of the owner which are very well educated.

INTERIORS

The villa is spread on three floors.

On the ground floor there is a billiard room with sofas, a kitchen, dining room and a laundry room. On the same floor there is a bathroom, two showers and a sauna with therapy lights (for 3 people).

A wooden staircase and/or the elevator leads you to the first floor, which consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a dumbwaiter, a large living room with sofas, a small dining area with table for eight people and a bathroom. On this floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower; in the last room there is the possibility to add an extra bed.

The second floor is divided into two wings: on the right there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. On the left wing there are four bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a possibility to put extra beds and a private bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Accessories: Television, DVD-player, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, baby cot, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, floor cooling / heating, sauna, 7 bikes.

 

 

OUTSIDE

Casale Lucca offers a well kept and wide garden, there are also private terraces where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, read a book or just relax in the shade of the trees. In front of the kitchen on the ground floor there is a bright dining area, equipped with table and chairs where it is possible to use a barbecue.

The pool is located next to the house and has an oval shape. It measures 8x15mt and has a depth of 1.50mt. The entrance to the pool is equipped with an hydro massage area. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and sun loungers.

 

The price includes: Towels and linen, use of gas for kitchen and water.

The price does not include: electricity €300.00/week (including air conditioning and heating), final cleaning €150,00.
