CASALE LAVANDA is a beautiful ancient farmhouse situated in a panoramic and peaceful position, between two of the many important Tuscan destinations: Volterra and San Gimignano.
The farmhouse, carefully and tastefully renovated, has been transformed into a splendid and comfortable country house for our guests and offers unique views over the Tuscan countryside.
Casale Lavanda can welcome up to 12 people and is composed by three apartments to guarantee its guests a perfect privacy while enjoying all the comforts and charming of an independent house. The villa is comfortable and the country style of some furnishings, with some ethnic impressions, gives a special atmosphere to the house.
N.B.: In low season it is possible to rent the apartments and two double rooms with bathroom on the ground floor independently. In an independent house nearby live the owners, a young and very friendly couple.

Apartment Bianco (6 sleeps):
Large living and dining area with impressive ceiling vaults, fireplace, cooking area (small electric oven, fridge 140lt, dishwasher), SAT-TV. The dining area is separated from the living area by an original archway. Two double rooms with SAT-TV and private bathroom (window) with shower, one of those is accessible only from the loggia. One double room, which is separated from the living area by a glass wall (curtain), bathroom with shower (window).
First floor, access by an internal stairway:
Apartment Rosso (2 + 2 sleeps): Large living and dining area with fireplace, SAT-TV, double sofa bed and cooking area (dishwasher, small microwave), one large double room, bathroom (window) with shower, small storeroom.
Apartment Giallo (2 sleeps):
Large living room with fireplace, SAT-TV, kitchen (dishwasher) with dining table and small storeroom. One large double room, bathroom (roof window) with shower.
OUTDOORS
The property has a large and equipped garden with lawns (5000m2) and floodlit swimming pool (12m x 6m, 1.2m - 2.2m deep; open 15/05 - 15/10). Parking on premises.
Services Included: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, initial and final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.
Compulsory services not included and to be paid on site: heating (€ 50,00-/day) Services on request: external laundry room (€5/wash).
Further services on request (please request them when booking): baby-beds (included in the price), maid, Tuscan meals (lunch, dinner and breakfast) and cooking classes arranged by the homeowner in a small, nice and comfortable annex.
