Casale Leopoldino is a traditional Tuscan colonial house situated amidst a wine yard in the heart of Tuscany, only a few kilometers from Arezzo.

The house has been furnished with taste respecting the local tradition while the brick ceilings volts, the wooden and the cotto pavements, always associated to all the comforts of the modern decor, give the interior a great intensity and an intimate and reserved atmosphere where attention to detail is a rule.  The comfort of the interiors is also guaranteed by the wide screen television and the particular attention paid by the owners to each single detail.

The property offers the possibility of a unique experience inside of the Estate, where the wine and the olive oil are always protagonists. There is also the possibility of taking part to different local products tastings such as: wine, oil, cheese and cold cuts and it is also possible to make reservation for lunches or dinners. The nature lovers with their family or friends can participate in the grape harvest in the months of September or in the olive harvest in November.

In this area there is also the possibility to do sport at high levels international sport structures or dedicate themselves to the Tuscan fine art. POSITION

Casale Leopdino is located in the heart of the Chianti area. The villa belongs to an important wine cellar company, which has 35 hectres of vineyards and produces and sells Chianti DOCG.

The location is an ideal starting point for those who wish to visit Tuscany as well as the most famous wine areas in the world such as Chianti, from which it is only half an hour drive.

Laterina, 3 km distant from the villa, is a small village situated at only 15 km from the city of Arezzo.  It is situated on a hillside plateau delimitated by the Arno river and two other smaller rivers.

Thanks to its vicinity to the city of Arezzo, Casale Leopoldino is well connected to the highway A1 (exit Arezzo for guests arriving from Rome and exit Valdarno for those arriving from Florence) and the railway line which connects Rome to Florence.
