POSITION
Casale Leopdino is located in the heart of the Chianti area. The villa belongs to an important wine cellar company, which has 35 hectres of vineyards and produces and sells Chianti DOCG.
The location is an ideal starting point for those who wish to visit Tuscany as well as the most famous wine areas in the world such as Chianti, from which it is only half an hour drive.
Laterina, 3 km distant from the villa, is a small village situated at only 15 km from the city of Arezzo. It is situated on a hillside plateau delimitated by the Arno river and two other smaller rivers.
Thanks to its vicinity to the city of Arezzo, Casale Leopoldino is well connected to the highway A1 (exit Arezzo for guests arriving from Rome and exit Valdarno for those arriving from Florence) and the railway line which connects Rome to Florence.
