




Casale Montecchia is a gracious country house situated in the heart of an agricultural goldmine, immersed between the olive groves and vines, ideal for those who wish to relax whilst in direct contact with mother nature.
This property distances only a few kilometres from Orvieto, and has been carefully restored paying particular attention to the details and the delicate choice of furniture and tapestry. The properties strategic positions allows guests to visit some of the most important Umbrian cities of Art such as Todi, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, and also famous Tuscan centres such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Siena. Furthermore, due to its vicinity to the entrance of the motorway, adventurous day trips are easy to make and fun to do, especially visiting unforgettable places like the Vatican City, Rome.
INTERIOR
The villa is divided onto two floors.
From the main entrance, one accesses the dining room with fireplace, on the left, up three stairs there is a dining room with a spacious kitchen and access to the large veranda via French doors. On the right of the entrance there is the night area on the ground floor, made up of living room with corner study, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the living room via an internal staircase, on the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (without shower or tub), a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
The DEPENDANCE, which distances about 20 meters from the main property is made up of a corner kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
GARDEN
The villa is surrounded by two hectares of land, in part used as a garden with secular trees and lawn with olive trees. The property has a large veranda which is directly accessible from the dining room, where there is also a dining table, ideal for eating outdoors; there is also a corner living room with a wicker sofa.
POOL
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the swimming pool is in front of a spacious portico (belonging to the dependence), in a dominating position overlooking the Vineyard which surround the property. The rectangular shaped pool measures 17 x 4 m. and has a depth of 1,70 m. The area surrounding the pool is equipped with table, chairs, and umbrellas. There is also an external heated shower.
