CASALE SAN FELICIANO is placed on a green hill covered with woods and olive groves, from there a suggestive view on Trasimeno Lake where you can bathe and venture on amusing boat trips. This ancient peasant farmhouse was once used as an olive-press and nowadays it is completely restored and employed as a welcoming holiday home.
A few hundred meters from the house there are a typical restaurant and a mini market, both reachable on foot, otherwise the village of San Feliciano endowed with shops and all kind of services is only 6 km far.
At guests disposal a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 7x17 - depth mt 0,70-2,00) overlooking the lake, a bowling green, a children playground and a wide park shadowed by forest trees and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The furnishing, with antiques of the old peasant tradition, well matches with the farmhouse features and guarantees a good level of comfort. On request the owner could prepare breakfast.

FIRST FLOOR:
with entrance from internal staircase, there are 5 double bedrooms each one with en suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower giving access to another double bedroom. From some of the bedrooms there is a beautiful view on the Trasimeno Lake. Still on the ground floor with separate entrance there are living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. In some of the bedrooms there is an added single bed.

The price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linens, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use)
The price does not include: final cleaning 250 Euro, extra when animals are present (€ 50,00 per animal per week)
On request: extra cleaning (€ 13,00/hour per cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), firewood (€ 20,00/100 Kg).
