Casa Claudio is located in the wonderful Positano, in the quiet zone of Fornillo. It's beautiful lemon garden overlooks the breathtaking view of Fornillo beach and of the “isole di Galli”. It is the most perfect location to spend a holiday and once in the property you will never want to leave. The garden has two tables so you can choose to dine “al fresco” for lunch and then in the evening you can sit listening to the sound of the sea whilst eating dinner and drinking wine.
INTERIOR
You enter the property from the main road through a staircase of about 30 steps. The main entrance of the house is by double french doors off the garden terrace leading you straight into the large open planned dining and lounge area. The lounge, which is to the right, has one double sofa bed and a large plasma TV. Off the lounge is the double bedroom which has french doors leading back onto the terrace. The shower room is situated off the dining area so you have to walk through the day area to access it. There is a fully equipped kitchen off the dining area.
Equipment: Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, air conditioning in the bedroom and living area, wireless internet fast connection, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, american coffee machine, washing machine, baby cot, iron and ironing board, mosquito screens.
EXTERIOR
The garden develops into 2 levels. Through the property entrance staircase you reach the covered spectacular lemon furnished with table and chairs to dine outside. The second part of garden with the breathtaking view of Fornillo beach and “L'Isola di Galli” is reachable through another flight of stairs. Here there is ample space to catch some rays whilst laying on the sun beds under the lemon trees.

Services not included (payable locally): extra when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week), electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

LOCATION
Casa Claudio is located in the quiet zone of Positano called Fornillo. It is situated half way down the steps from the main road to the beach, approx 100 steps. This area has lots of great restaurants. There is a grocery shop only 10 minutes walk away that sells all and offers a delivery service. You can go down the approx 350 steps to the beach to have your cappuccino and fresh croissants in the morning. There is an internal bus stop at the top of the steps.
