Colle Fiorito is a lovely villa which comes from the restructuration of an old country house situated in a beautiful and panoramic position. The property is composed by a main building and an attractive dependance.
Colle Fiorito is situated on the top of a hillside covered in age-old olive trees and woods, with lots of small roadways clambering here and there along the jagged ridges and opening unexpectedly onto splendid views.
The complete panorama shows a seemingly endless floral-patterned garden whose colours change with the passing of the seasons. A short drive will take you to Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Arezzo. Close by is Lake Trasimeno, the largest of the central Italian lakes, with its beaches, islands and numerous hilltop townships enchantingly set into the natural beauty of a still-untouched landscape.
