Fattoria Sogni is a beautiful structure situated in the heart of the Chianti region,  between Firenze and Siena, at a short distance from Marcialla, a small village perched on the hillside about 400 meters above sea level.

This elegant and well-equipped farm is composed of six comfortable and independent accomodations that can be rented separately or totally (up to 27 people).

The large farmstead is divided into 4 apartments while the hayloft is divided into 2  apartments. Furthemore, there are also another barn, with two large common rooms on two floors and a manor house where the owner's family live.

The apartments have been recently restored and still conserve their original features as, for example, the walls partly faced in stone, the wood beams and ceilings of  terracotta, the floors of handmade terracotta.  The furnishing, with original Tuscan antiques, fits in perfectly with the house style.

Besides all this, they also have all modern comforts and services such as air conditioning, central heating, satellite LCD TV with Sky programs, telephone, safe, microwave, toaster, dish washer and Internet connection (Wi-Fi connection in the garden and ADSL connection in the apartments).  Communal laundry room

In another building the wine cellars and the ancient winery used, today as in the past, to age the wine produced by the farm, available for our clients to taste and buy. Moreover the farm produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil.

On request the owner can prepare breakfast and typical Tuscan dinners.

Fattoria Sogni is 100% eco-compatible and energetically independent thanks to the use of solar and photovoltaic panels.

INTERIOR

ALBA - 2+2 Sleeps  - Area 66 m2

Apartment in the barn with independent entrance disposed on two levels. On the ground floor living-dining room with kitchenette fireplace and double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. A beautiful wrought-iron staircase with crystal steps leads to the intermediate floor with the double bed, a unique piece made of briar-root.

EQUIPMENT: air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Internet access, communal washing machine, filter coffee maker, moka coffee maker, mixer, food processor, high chair.

OUTDOOR

In the external spaces, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, there are a five-a-side football field, a tennis court, a jumping trampoline, a beautiful simming pool with wading access and salt depuration system (size 20x8 m., depth 1,20-1,80 m.) and a splendid view of the valley and the surrounding hills. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space equipped with table and chairs where to eat "al fresco" and relax admiring the beautiful landscape of Chianti hills.

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: swimming pool, tennis court, football field, jumping trampoline, table tennis, table football, tables and chairs for each apartment, barbecue.

PETS: No.

Services included: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial cleaning, pool and park maintenance, swimming towels.

Compulsory services not included:  final cleanings € 50,00 for NAPOLA, ALBA and TRAMONTO; € 80,00 for POGGIO, GORGI, TERRA.

Services upon request: Swimming towels available (free of charge), heating (€ 10,00-/day per single apartment), air conditioning (€ 15,00-/day per single apartment), internet key connection (on request to be paid on site), wood (€ 15,00/100 kg)
