Il Baccellino is a beautiful stone depandance of a house where the owners live, whose construction reflects the rustic Tuscan tradition. The property is located in the picturesque small village of Ciggiano, nestled in the Val di Chiana, which offers a splendid view over the fields nearby, enjoying a hilltop position.
The annex has a private entrance to the property, garden and swimming pool use, which can be used also by the owners.
The structure is suitable both for those who want to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside, both for those visiting the various centers of artistic interest such as Cortona, Arezzo, and, a little more distant but within less than 100 km, the cities of Siena and Florence.

The entrance leads into the living room with fitted kitchen which leads to the master bedroom with a double bed and one single bed for a child and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy the covered porch, perfect for outdoor dining, the beautiful pool 6mx13m, variable depth from 1.20 m to 2.00 m, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
