Ground floor: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining table and satellite TV that extends onto an attractive covered terrace (20m²) with table for dining, barbecue and old stone sink; double bedroom with access to grounds and en suite bathroom, small twin bedded room with access to grounds, bathroom with shower.
OUTSIDE
The property is immersed in a large fenced of 10.000 sqm with an olive orchard, fruit trees (plums, figs, apples, medlars) and a covered terrace with barbecue. The swimming pool is open from 4/04 to 10/10 and measures 6m x 14m, depth 1.10m - 1.50m. The pool is with salted water (unchlorinated). At guests disposal, a shower, an open terrace (20 sqm) with covered area for the barbecue and a pergola.
