INTERIOR
The villa consists of one floor. The main door leads directly into the living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom with shower and one with bathroom with hydromassage bath. From the first floor lodge area is accessible a bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for those whom wish a separate room for their personal assistant or baby sitter.
Equipment: Satellite TV (in each room), DVD, stereo, wireless internet connection, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, cutter, mobil barbecue with gas, high chair, cot, whirlpool bath, gym, Turkish bath.
EXTERIOR
The countryside in which the villa is situated is typical of the Val d'Orcia, with the irregular spacing and designs formed by the woods of oak and holm-oak, the vineyards, the fields of grain and the ochre coloured clay. The garden of the villa is delimited by old cypress trees and is embellished with brightly coloured hibiscus, broom and lavender. The pool area is covered by a well tended green lawn.
POOL
Open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, the pool is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the hills of the Val d'Orcia, set slighly higher with respect to the villa. Only a few metres from the house, it is reached by a few stone steps or a ramp for those wishing to avoid the steps. The pool area is composed of a heated circular Jacuzzi tub (diameter 2,5 m) and a rectangular swimming pool of 16 x 6 m with a depth varying from 0,35 m to 2,00 m. The pool is covered with ceramic tiles, both internally and on the surrounding border, and is lit up in the evening. Large steps lead down into the water. The solarium area, covered by lawn, is furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs, chairs, small tables and a gazebo with sitting area. There is a cold water outdoor shower.
