In the heart of the rolling hillside of Pisa, only a few kilometres from the gracious centre of Peccioli, Il Granaio, has been recently carefully restored by the proprietor. The name of the property refers to it’s original usage which was to store straw and hay.
The property is situated on the hill top with views of 360 degrees of the local countryside. The property is built in stone and plaster, and is divided onto two floors with impressive glass doors on the ground floor providing natural illumination.
The position of this property guarantees the maximum privacy for a relaxing holiday, but at the same time in the vicinity of the well known towns of Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Volterra and San Gimignano, all of which reachable within a short journey time. Please bare in mind that this property also distances only 30 minutes from the splendid Tuscan beaches for a stroll on the sand or a round of golf at the local golf course of Castelfalfi (18 holes).

Interior
Il Granaio is divided onto two floors. The ground floor is characterised by impressive French arched doors which have direct access into the garden. From the main entrance (from the parking spaces) one enters into the dining room.

On the ground floor is the entire day area which is made up of a spacious living room with Satellite TV, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower.
From the living room via an internal staircase one enters the night area, made up of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, an additional double bedroom (with a slightly smaller in size bed), two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.
The inside of this property is well furnished with classical wooden furniture coupled with fresh colures offering a bright and welcoming environment.

Park
The property is located on one hectare of land. The park surrounding this property is beautifully coloured with an English lawn and well kept flowers. At guests disposal in the garden there is a gracious pergola, equipped with table and chairs, and barbecue for outdoor meals whilst admiring the splendid sunset. Swimming Pool Open from the last saturday in April to the first saturday in October.

The pool (2 pools) are located in a breathtaking location, which is accessible via a stone staircase leading from the villa. The main pool measures 6 x 12 m with a depth of 1.20 m, whilst the second pool measures 3 x 3 m with a depth of 0.80 m The pool area is also equipped with sun longers, umbrellas and external shower.
