The receptive structure Il Pensiero is a section of an old farmhouse which, thanks to an accurate renovation, has been given a new life and awaits those who wish to spend their holidays in this area. The area around Castiglion Fiorentino includes all the characteristics of the typical Tuscan landscapes. The countryside down in the valley, with endless stretches of nurseries with house plants, fruit and vegetables and flowers alternating with cultivated fields of wheat, corn and sunflowers, merges harmoniously with the high hills where villas and old farmhouses stand surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Higher up where it is more difficult to cultivate the land, the hills are covered in cool oaks, chestnuts and fir woods. Bicycles, satellite TV and DVD player are available for guests' use. It has been well furnished and the internal use of materials is typical of old Tuscan farmhouses. On guests' request the owner can prepare typical Tuscan lunches and dinners.

GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room, with kitchenette and large fireplace (not in use), bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal stone staircase, sitting room with fireplace (not in use) and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath. Possible to add a single bed in one of the rooms.
EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite Tv, DVD player, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, iron, freezer, lemon squeezer, high chair, wood-burning oven.
EXTERIOR
Near the house there is a large garden with a gazebo equipped for eating outside, a barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (6x12m. - depth 1.40 - 2.20m) exclusively for guests' use, from which one can admire the view of the ancient Castle of Montecchio.

Services included: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen change, park and pool maintenance.
Compulsory services not included: final cleaning € 80,00 fix, extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per week per animal).
Services upon request: heating (5,-Euro / m³), swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: 200,00 Euro in cash on arrival for each apartment.
