Il Tiglio is set in the village of Castelvecchio di Compito and from the house you can see the nice and old village. The entrance to this small, delightful country house is already a treasure of Tuscany, a jewel of its kind. A small cypress avenue, elegantly illuminated in the evening, leads to the front of the house.
Typical Tuscan country house equipped with French doors entirely corresponding to the character of the area, decorate this country house as in ancient times.
INTERIOR
The entrance opens on the living room equipped with sofa (sofa bed) and with a nice (not in use) fireplace. Right next to the living room is the cozy kitchen, well decorated and practically equipped which communicate with the lighting dining room. A stone staircase leads to the first floor composed by 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double and a bathroom with shower.
Accessories: blender, child's high chair, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dish washer, grill, kitchenette, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, water cooler Heating/Cooling, air conditioning*, central heating, DVD-Player, Internet WIFI, stereo system, TV (Satellite), hair dryer, essentials, shower, towel-set, laundry (washing machine).
*New is the air conditioning installed in spring 2016.
OUTDOORS
Large covered terraces on the entire front create a relaxing atmosphere. For outdoor dining there is a lovely garden table with chairs. At the pool there is a beautiful gazebo. The entire spacious area is completely fenced. Beautiful trees and many flowering plants make the garden appear as an oasis; An old draw-fountain (covered), places us in the old times.
The swimming pool is situated in the garden in front of the house, 5 m from the front door,has a rectangular shape and measures about 10x5 mt with a variable depth from 1.20 mt to 1.40mt. It has chlorine depuration and a shower is also present on side. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and sun chairs.
The small property is located in rural surroundings with pastures and partly free riding of horses - small and a bit bigger.
The price includes: Towels and linen, use of gas and water, electricity up to 25% of the usage.
The price does not include: final cleaning €100,00, electricity (75% of the consumption), pets €50,00/pet/week.
On request: heating according to consumption, cot and highchair.
