Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities available to guests . Parking within the grounds . All rooms and main halls are equipped with air conditioning.
The price includes : water, gas kitchen, electricity, 2 hours of daily cleaning for cleaning the main kitchen and common room.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 500.00, any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: heating: €100.00 per day, air conditioning € 80.00 per day , maid service and cook available , possibility to rent an extra bed at € 25.00 per day and a baby bed at € 10.00 per day, breakfast €15.00/person/day.
Security deposit: €1,000.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
