La Casa delle Torri is a gracious newly built cottage, with a brick structure and wooden ceiling beams. The style of this house is similar to a mountain chalet, with wooden floors, fireplace and a stylish English kitchen, with large windows offering a splendid view of the swimming pool.

The swimming pool, with "roman" steps, measures 13 x 6 metres, with a variable depth from 1,50 to 2,10 metres. For the younger group members or simply for idyllic moments of relax, the pool has a circular part, which is only 30 cm deep, with comfortable seat. Next the pool a barbecue, a fountain with drinkable water and a shower. POSITION
Ascoli Piceno, an antique city founded by the Piceni between the VII and VI century A.C, which was a Roman colony in 286 A.C. Still visible in this territory are numerous medieval tracks and monuments, whereas admiring the skyline of this medieval city you can’t help but notice the presence of the impressive noble towers. It was surely impressive the groups of the two hundred towers that watched over Ascoli, before Frederico II ordered the destruction of ninety two in 1242. The city is famous for many attributes such as, the traditional Ascolane olives, La Giostra della Quitana, its Carnival and its Travertino marble.
Ascoli is located 25km from the Adriatic coast and at the foot of the Fori mountains (1814 m above seas level) and the hills of Colle San Marco (694m above sea level) and an impressive clay plain covered in rich vegetation and mixed forests of chestnut, and oaks to name just a few. Two protected national parks surround the city, Monti Sibillini located northwest and Monti della Laga which is located south.
This location is also ideal for the winter months due to the ski slopes that distance only a few kilometers from the property.
