During the low season, La Chiusura, is ideal for those who wish to make the most of the local thermal spa’s for the regeneration of the body and mind.
INTERIOR
The villa is disposed on three floors. From the main entrance you enter the main hall which gives access to the entire ground floor of the property, composed of: kitchen, dining room with living area, another living room, a service bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, laundry room, and a study. From the main hall via an internal staircase you have access to the first floor with two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms (one with a tub and one with shower), two twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower and an additional bathroom with shower. From the ground floor you have access to the cellar in the basement, where there are four rooms communicating to each other, consisting of an area for the storage of wine, a kitchen equipped only with an ancient marble sink, a dining area and lounge with fireplace, to relax in the natural freshness during the summer time.

EXTERIOR
The garden is about 3000 sqm and is the major feature of the villa. Like the Baroque style it has large green spaces outlined by small hedges and secular trees. In the center of the garden there is an small intimate area equipped with benches and a small table where you can enjoy the shade and the natural harmony. The views from the garden are unique, with a beautiful panorama of the entire valley in front of the house, which stretch to the famous Ponte del Diavolo.
POOL
Just a few steps from the porch, the pool has a rectangular shape (5 x 10) with a constant depth of 1.50 meters with a chlorine purifying system. It is lined in white PVC, which harmonizes well with the surrounding landscape. The access into the pool is via large steps and the pool border is paved with beige ceramic tiles, and the solarium area is characterized by a beautiful lawn and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables which provide the perfect setting for you to relax under the trees. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
