La Vecchia Aia is an old stone farmhouse, available for our welcome guests, immersed in the vegetation and peace of the Cortona hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The location is part of a modern forestry and farmhouse holiday enterprise and it is located between ancient woods and enchanting valleys.
The owners live in a part of the house and with his discreet presence is available to provide any information needed.
In the large garden around the house there is a table tennis, table football, childrens' games, bowls, a fishing lake, a tennis court, two swimming pools, one 9x16 (depth1.40m) and the other for children (4x8m - depth 0.70m) all available for guests' use. On one side of the house there is a large pergola equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue for eating outside.
GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access via external staircase with typical loggia, sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads up to the attic where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single room, a bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, sitting room with kitchenette, two twin bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: SAT TV, oven, dish-washer, washing machine.
