Very close to the sea and only a few minutes distant from Scarlino, an ancient medieval village, there is the new Maremma Village, the ideal place to spend your holidays to discover Maremma, one of the most fascinating corners of the beautiful Tuscany.

Maremma Village is located in a very favorable area for exploring the natural beauty of Tuscany, near the Natural Park dell'Uccellina, Monte Argentario and you can also encounter in historical and cultural little towns like Pitigliano, Sovana, Baratti, Populonia and Scarlino.

The possibility of choosing daily activities is one of the strengths of a holiday in Maremma Village. Every day, where our guests can choose to spend a day at sea, a day to discover the rich history and culture of Tuscany, or a day of total relaxation at the Maremma Village. Guests also have access to a wide choice of sports as Maremma Village is located near golf courses, riding schools, tennis schools, boat hire, windsurfing and much more.

The 27 apartments are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating, full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and freezer, TV, private bath. Within the property there is the swimming pool (open from mid' May to late October) available for guests. The types of apartments, from one to three rooms, are ideal for those traveling with children in the family, if you come in Tuscany with friends or for those seeking a romantic and relaxing corner suite.

From nearby Maremma Village you can find some of the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany: Cala Violina and Cala Martina are only 8 kilometers, while the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia (seaside resort with orange flag) can be reached in just 15 minutes by car . A 10-minute drive away also to the exclusive Punta Ala, where besides the beaches there is also a famous tourist port in the world because of the boat Luna Rossa.

Just 300 meters from Maremma Village you will find the new Marina Port of Scarlino and all the most important services such as restaurant / pizzeria, pharmacy, grocery stores, ATM. The closest beaches are located only 500 meters from the village.

All apartments are surrounded by green landscaped gardens, where there are trees such as olive and cypress trees, which are typical of Tuscan countryside. Inside the village there is the swimming pool (open from mid 'May to late October) available for guests.

Services included: linen (weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity, air conditioning / heating.

Services not included (to be paid on site): Final cleaning € 10.00 per person per week required.

Services on request (to be paid on site): Continental breakfast (coffee, cappuccino, juice, pastries) € 6.00 per person when booking. Laundry room or a sofa bed for extra € 5 per person per change. Only towels € 3,00 per person. Pets allowed on request: extra final expenditure € 20.00 per week.
