miranda - tuscany: san gimignano and volterra

Agriturismo la Miranda is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside a few kilometers far from Volterra and San Gimignano. The agriturismo is located on top of a hill, overlooking the surrounding countryside with vineyards, olive groves and cereals. Miranda offers accommodations in four apartments renovated in the Tuscan style, featuring beams, arches and stones that retain all charm of 'old farmhouses.

Miranda is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday walking along paths through woods and hills, riding, relaxing in the swimming pool or, for lovers of history and culture, an excellent starting point to discover many important cities and villages such as Siena, Florence and Pisa (one hour), San Gimignano and Volterra (10/20 minutes away).

Miranda gives hospitality in four comfortable apartments, renovated with great attention to recreate the atmosphere of the Tuscan farmhouse, with terracotta floors and furniture. The apartments are equipped with every comfort, from satellite television to the barbecue, not forgetting the magnificent views of the Tuscan hills that can be enjoyed from every apartment.

Miranda is composed by n. 4 apartments in the following categories:

I FAGIANI (4 +2 / m 70): is the largest apartment (4 rooms) and is located in front of the garden, enjoying large open area with table for lunch and barbecue dinners and independent. Featuring two bedrooms, sofa-bed in the living room and a bathroom with shower.

I CAPRIOLI (2 +2 / m 38): composed of 3 rooms, is located in front of the garden, and has extensive outdoor area with a table for lunch and barbecue dinners and independent. Bathroom with shower.

I FALCHI (2 +1 / m 36): composed of 3 rooms, the apartment is located on the north side of the house that overlooks the valley. It has a large garden with a table for lunch or dinner at 'self-open and barbecue. Bathroom with shower.

GLI USIGNOLI (2 +2 / m 37): consists of 4 rooms, the apartment is located on the north side of the main house overlooking the valley. It has a large garden with a table for al fresco dinners  and barbecue . Bathroom with shower

POOL

A short walk from the apartments and the main house, on the side of the hill is the swimming pool. It is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds for relaxation and comfort of the guests who will enjoy the "postcard" view. It is illuminated at night creating a magical atmosphere.

Also available, solarium and a small picnic area with playground.

EQUIPMENT

All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, safe (except for GLI USIGNOLI) reserved parking area, independent heating and hot water all included in the price. They also have an outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue.

The rooms are equipped with kitchen sink, stove with oven, filter hood, fridge / freezer, small oven.

The structure also provides a common laundry-room equipped with washing machine.

 Beautiful trekking routes have been traced amidst the woods (medium-low difficulty).

Participation in farming activities (harvesting, pressing, picking olives, etc..) is free for our guests

Services included: electricity, water, gas (kitchen), heating, weekly linen change, cleaning the initial and final pool and garden maintenance

Services not included: pets allowed at extra charge of € 25 each per stay
