Mulin Bianco is about ten minutes distant from Arezzo, situated in the Val Cerfone, surrounded by a beautiful woodland and characterized by the hospitality of the owners, which make this an ideal place for rediscover peace and silence. It consists of a main house where the owner lives, an ancient granary called Il Bianca, other apartments and a small restaurant. The land around the property covers many hectares and is farmed organically yielding naturally grown produce. The owners are passionate cooks specialising in old country dishes that on request they are happy to cook for the guests. Communal washing-machine and barbecue.

Apartment on the ground floor of the main house where the owner lives, sitting-living room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Porch equipped with outdoor furniture.

BIANCA 6+2 Sleeps Area 147 m2
The house, following the contours of the land, is on two floors that are connected by a few steps. Large sitting room with kitchenette, dining area and two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, three bathrooms with shower (one with Jacuzzi).

STRETTOIA 4+1 Sleeps Area 55 m2
Multi-level apartment, next to the small restaurant, with private entrance.
GROUND FLOOR: small living-dining room with kitchenette and open fire place.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with antique open fire place, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath. A single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
EQUIPMENT: TV, freezer, oven, iron, high chair.
EXTERIOR
In a sunny position there is a 6x12m pool shared with the owner. Guided visits to the surrounding area are available on request.

Services included: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.
Services not included (to be paid on site): Final cleanings € 80,00 fix for COLCELLA and BIANCA, € 50,00 fix for STRETTOIA. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 20 each per week.
Services on request (to be paid on site): Heating € 25,00/day for COLCELLA and BIANCA, € 15,00 for STRETTOIA. If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Deposit: € 150,00 in cash on arrival for each apartment.
