Podere Etrusco is in the middle of a great plain, that, seen from Cortona, looks like a limitless garden in flower that changes its colours with the passing seasons. It is a beautiful structure made up of two stone farmhouses, typical of Tuscan rural architecture, recently carefully renovated and tastefully and rationally furnished. Accomodation is available in four apartments where terracotta, stone and wood remind us of the antique traditions of rural life. One is in easy reach of the beautiful town of Cortona, only a few minutes by car from the house, with its medieval past, rich in Etruscan history and with works of art of inestimable value, or Lake Trasimeno, amongst the largest of the Italian peninsular, with its beaches, islands and the many small historical hill towns and villages set in a natural environment that is still intact and unspoiled.

EXTERIOR
The houses face onto a large, lush, well-tended garden, in which each apartment has its own private external area equipped with garden furniture, and where there is a beautiful swimming pool (7x14 m).

Services included: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.
Services not included (to be paid on site): Obligatory final cleaning Euro 50,00 fix for the apartments AURA and BOCCA, € 70,00 for GIUNETTA, € 60,00 for NETTARE. Pets allowed on payment of Euro 30 each per week.
Services on request (to be paid on site): Heating € 2,00/h. Air Conditioning GIUNETTA: Euro 0,50 per kwh. If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Deposit: € 150,00 in cash on arrival for each apartment.
