Podere La Salce is a recently restored property situated in a hillside position, close to the nearby thermal spa of Casciana. INTERIOR
Podere La Salce is on two floors. The main entrance leads to a small store room, from which there is a staircase which leads to the first floor. One step down from the store room area, one leads into the TV room and the large open space kitchen which is fully equipped. From the kitchen, there is a small corridor which leads to the double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry room. From the kitchen, going down a few steps this leads into the spacious living room/dining room with fireplace and direct access to the outside veranda. From the ground floor, a large stone staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find the night zone, made up of two double bedrooms with internal bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bath tub.

GARDEN
This property extends to over 8 hectares of land, the most of which is characterized by the Mediterranean vegetation. The area surrounding the property is a splendid green lawn, whereas on one side of the property in particular there are unforgettable views and it is completely paved and equipped with a large pergola, table and chairs, and sofa’s for a relaxing atmosphere. Next to the pergola there is an area equipped with barbecue, wood oven and sink.
POOL
The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is situated in a panoramic position only 15 meters from the villa. The pool is accessible via a staircase or a practical ramp. The pool measures 7 x 12 m with a variable depth from 1,20 m to 1,60 m. The entire pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs, external shower, veranda and service bathroom.

Satellite TV in the two living rooms, DVD player, radio with CD player, internet USB key connection, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, moka, express coffee maker, American coffee maker, mixer, hairdryers in each bathroom, cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue, flyscreens on the first floor.

POSITION
Casciana is located in the heart of Tuscany. Within a half day travel, you can easily visit interesting places like Pisa, Lucca or Firenze. Only a few hours to reach Volterra, San Gimignano or the Tuscany coastal places like Castiglioncello or the Versilia beach.
As like almost all Spas, Casciana is a little bit hidden, far from the chaotic main traffic roads but reach it is quite easy.
Only 35 km from Pisa, 70 km from Firenze or 40 km from Livorno it is reachable by car with the A1 or A11 or A12 motorway ( depending on where you are coming from) and the exit of Pisa or Firenze Signa are connected with the super way Firenze - Pisa –Livorno that will take you there.
