Renovated a few years ago respecting the typical Tuscan style, the villa offers hospitality for stays in complete tranquility. The property has 9 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and air conditioning for a total of 20 effective beds. If necessary, the farmhouse can be divided into two comfortable separate and independent apartments

All ground floor rooms access the garden surrounding the house.

Located near the sea (about 20 km) and the airport of Pisa (about 60 km), this villa is without a shadow of doubt ideal for spending pleasant evenings with friends while sipping a glass of a good Tuscan red wine or  having a delicious "Fiorentina" steak of Chianina meat.

The entire villa, on two floors, can accommodate a maximum of 18 + 2 people. However, since it is composed of two residential units, it can be divided into 2 comfortable apartments separated only by connecting doors on the ground floor. The first floor instead does not have a connection between the two apartments.

VALLATA  for 8 + 2 persons:

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, large kitchen equipped with appliances, 1 bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden and private bathroom suitable for disabled

First Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and private bathroom, a small living room where, on request, 2 beds (for children) can be added.

Ground Floor: Entrance, large living room with table and fireplace, large kitchen with pantry, bathroom, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, TV and reading room.
