Poggio Croce is a beautiful stone farmhouse situated in a peaceful location in the hills of Chianti. The house has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and has been transformed into a comfortable country house with private pool.
The property, with a beautiful view of the vineyards and olive groves and nearby Florence, offers the possibility to stay in close contact with nature, away from city noise. The forniture is in rustic Tuscan style.

First floor: 2 double rooms, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds , 2 bathrooms each with shower. Rooftop terrace.
Accessories: satellite TV, Wi- Fi ( free), oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster , washing machine, heating , cot , barbecue, parking. Pets are allowed.
OUTDOOR
Poggio Croce offers a large garden with a private swimming pool ( 10 x 5 m - maximum depth 1,50 m - open from 01/ 05 to 30 /09) , barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road. Parking inside the property.
The price includes : water, gas cooking facilities, electricity.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 150.00 , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: on request possibility of renting a baby bed ( € 40.00 per week). Pets are allowed with a fee of € 100.00 to be paid at end of stay , heating consumption .
Security deposit: € 400.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
