Poggio Momo is surrounded by a beautiful and unique surrounding landscape: rolling hills, small vineyards, olive groves climbing up the hillsides, small hamlets, old farmhouses.
At 6 km from Poggio Momo, there is the ancient medieval village of Lucignano, one of the most interesting towns of Southern Tuscany. This lovely town is reknowned for its unusual design, mape up of concentric streets, dominated by the imposing tower of the fortress.
Poggio Momo is one of these old farmhouses with three welcoming apartments made from part of the main house, two small attractive houses made from two old hay barns and two small studios.
Each accomodation has its own external area with table and chairs for "al fresco" meals. When the whole property is rented, for a single group, guests have at their disposal a professional kitchen, a big table and chairs. Communal washing machine. Mountain bikes can be rented in the property to organize interesting rides in the area.
Once a week, the owner offers a dinner to the guests. She can also prepare, on request, typical Tuscan dishes during the clients' holidays.

OUTSIDE
There is an automatic gate to access the totally fenced property. There is a covered parking inside the property at guests disposal.
The large garden in front of the houses is composed by cypresses, olive trees and colourful flowers. There is a relaxing area with table and chairs next to the barbecue.
POOL
The pool is open from the last saturday of April to the last Saturday of October and is 10 meters far from the main house.
It is an oval-shaped pool, ideal for adults and children and it measures 6 x 12 m - depth from 1,20 to 1,80 m.
The area around the pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols
EQUIPMENT:
TV in all the accomodations, washing-machine (common use), iron and ironing board, cot, barbecue, moka coffe-machine, high-chair.
When the whole structure is rented by a single group, it is possible to use a communal room equipped with a kitchen and the large table for the group.
SERVICES INCLUDED: water, electricity, gaz for cooking purposes, sheets and towels (weekly change), pool and garden maintenance
COMPULSORY SERVICES: (to be paid on site): final cleaning 12,- Euro / person, extra cleaning for pets (Euro 30,- / week and per pet).
