INTERIOR
The villa is divided onto two floors. The main entrance is situated in front of the sea and accesses directly into the spacious living room with French doors, furnished with fireplace, and satellite LCD TV. On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all the modern electrical appliances and a store room. Through the living room, one can access the spa area which is equipped with Turkish bath, small hydro massage swimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy and a service bathroom. On the ground floor there is an additional service bathroom and a laundry room. There is an internal staircase that leads to the second floor dedicated to the night zone. On this floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom each with an internal bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV. The entire property is fitted with air conditioning and there is access to the swimming pool from both floors. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled.

EXTERIOR
The park surrounding the villa extends onto different levels. The front garden is lawn whereas the back garden has the characteristics Mediterranean maquis which allows guests to go for pleasant walks immersed in the natural beauty. The various terraces are equipped with benches, table and chairs.
POOL
Situated on the first floor terrace with a splendid panoramic view. It is irregularly shaped and its surface measures about 30 m², with a maximum depth of 1,20 m. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an ice maker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.
