The villa has been renovated with great care and refined taste offering guests all the comforts and a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request. 

Stylishly furnished and plenty of space, it is well suited to a group of friends or family looking for an accommodation offering peace and privacy and outdoor activities.  Its original character and natural outdoor environment have beenmaintained by combining comfortable and elegant furnishings with beautiful tiled floors, stone walls and vaulted ceilings.

The outdoor area and the private pool is perfect to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.  There is a large covered porch where one can relax or enjoy the delights of the typical Tuscan cuisine as locals do.

INTERIOR

Ground floor:  access to two beautiful and bright living rooms with archways and vaulted ceiling.  The living area is equipped with stone fireplace, an area with LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen overlooks the covered porch and terrace with swimming pool. There is a guest bathroom.

There are also one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, each one with its own private bathroom with shower.

First Floor:   there are four double bedrooms, each of them with its own en-suite bathroom.

The villa has a basement with laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
