Villa Camaiore immersed in the green hillsides of Versilia only a few kilometres from the splendid Viareggio. This property and its strategic position are ideal for spending your holidays immersed in the nature of North Tuscany. It is the ideal place for people who want to visit the most important cultural cities of the area such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the splendid little town of Pietrasanta.
This property is close to Camaiore, and nearby towns along with its beautiful rolling hills provides Villa Camaiore with the advantage of being the perfect starting point for splendid walks and/or bike rides.
The closeness to Viareggio allows you to reach the beach in a few minutes, and therefore make the most of trip to the beach, shopping at an outlet store of famous designer ware or simply enjoying the local hospitality. The closeness with Liguria and the “Cinque Terre”, allow furthermore to get to know many interesting landscapes of one of the most beautiful Italian coasts.

MAIN HOUSE

Interior
From the main entrance, on the right there is the dining room with a spacious dining table, fireplace, and a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a service bathroom, storeroom and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is connected to two outside verandas equipped with table, chairs and a traditional wood oven. An internal stone staircase connects the downstairs (day-time area) to the upstairs (sleeping area). On the second floor there is a single queen sized bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, one with an additional bed and one that has dividable beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower; there are also other 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bath tub. This floor is is completed by a mezzanine that is accessible from the kitchen (ground floor), which contains the room dedicated for ironing. The properties finishing’s equally beautiful, wooden beams, “terracotta” flooring, and complementary furniture which fits in splendidly with the local town. All the rooms are well furnished and equipped; the furniture is mainly in antique wooden furniture, which ensures you can take in the traditional countryside atmosphere.

DEPENDANCE
The enchanting dependence is located at 50 meters from the main house and has a separate independant entrance. It is furnished in the same style and offers privacy and peacefulness. It also has a terrace immersed in the forest. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with a French size sofa bed and the dining area with direct access to the external terrace furnished with table, chairs and hydro massage pool. From the dining area, via a spiral staircase, you reach the mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Park
The park extends to about 3 hectares on various levels. Included in the park area there is a vegetable garden, olive groves, and garden equipment; table, chairs, swimming pool and parking.

Swimming Pool
The pool is surrounded by wooden flooring and lawn, measures 3, 5 x 8,5 m with a depth of 1,60 m. The pool accessories include, chairs, tables, sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is accessible by a direct staircase from the property and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Located in a panoramic position in Lucca are not far from one of the most well know Tuscany coastal area: Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi) from which distance is 12 km. All nice place around Lucca as well as major cities like Firenze and Pisa are easily reachable from here. It is immersed in the green hillsides of Versilia at Corsanico town considered a real "terrazza sulla Versilia" (balcony over Versilia). The town is situated in the centre of the impressive hillside, opening into a real life stage on the horizon of the Tyrrhenian Sea. From this strategic starting point your choice of excursions range from historical, cultural to nature: such as hamlet, trekking, bike rides or/and horse riding.
