Villa Campagnano is a beautiful property situated outside Rome along the ancient Via Cassia. The house, which once belonged to a famous international actress, is characterized by the presence of large windows looking directly out over the pool from the living room and master bedroom. Another particular element is the architectural structure of the L-shaped villa built, in the main part, entirely in wood.

Thanks to its geographical position, Villa Campagnano enable its guests to spend whole days exploring the Eternal City, without relinquishing the possibility of visiting the Thyrrhenian coast or the other characteristic historical centres of the Lazio countryside.

In the property, but with separate access, is the caretakers’ cottage but they do not interfere in any way with the privacy of the guests. The presence of the caretakers should be seen in a positive light as they are available for all technical and informative needs of the clients.

INTERIOR

The villa consists of 2 storeys.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a hall leading to the dining room adjoining the large kitchen on the right. On the left of the hall is a corridor leading to the sleeping area on this floor. This is composed of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is on this floor.

From the dining room a wooden staircase leads up to the large living room on the first floor which looks out over the garden and swimming pool through large windows. On this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, a bedroom with bunk bed and a third extra bed, a bathroom with shower and a gym. The garden and pool can be reached from the first floor through the outside access of the living room.

GARDEN

The property is about 2.800 square metres. The garden surrounding the villa is a succession of plants and hedges, enclosing palms, limes, rhododendrons and aloes, which transmit a very relaxing atmosphere. The area outside the ground floor is furnished with a table, benches and umbrella, the ideal spot for outdoor dining, whilst the area outside the first floor has been set up as an outside living room with divans overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a brickwork barbecue for guests’ use.

POOL

The swimming pool, about 5 metres from the house, can be reached by a few steps. It measures 15 x 7 metres with a depth varying from 1.50 to 2.20 m and is lined with sky blue PVC. The pool border is in stone whilst the solarium area is in terracotta. T he area is furnished with deckchairs, sun umbrella, gazebo, table and benches. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
