VILLA COLOMBETTA-RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE

Villa Colombetta is a villa with private pool in Le Marche at about 400 meters above sea level. This stone country house overlooks the mountains of Le Marche hinterland, offering breathtaking views over the valley.

This farmhouse still keeps the atmosphere of a family home, offering all comforts and calm for a reinvigorating stay in deep contact with nature and local traditions of nearby towns and villages rich of history and art.

INTERIOR

Great solution for two families as it gives the possibility to rent together a property while keeping one's privacy, being the villa divided into two completely separate units. The main apartment has a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room (with the possibility to add an extra bed), a double bedroom with small toilet, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller than the main one, is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, an utility room, bedroom with double bed and French bed, a bathroom with shower. In the pool area is also present a bathroom with shower and washing machine, functional when spending your time in this part of the property.

EQUIPMENT: TV, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, CD player, fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, hair dryer, first-aid kit, washing machine, fire extinguisher. Tables and chairs for eating outdoors, porch, sun umbrellas, sun beds, hammocks, swing, attached dressing room with all services, firewood oven, portable BBQ, ping pong table, football table, Internet connection (wi-fi), computer and printer. Laundry area with drying rack, ironing board and iron. Crib with sheets and high chair upon request. Local products and pizza made on spot.

EXTERIOR

The property is surrounded by a large garden with many outdoor living areas with tables and chairs. In addition, at the guests'disposal a porch with table and wooden seats and a panoramic irregularly shaped pool with salt water.

The price does not include: final cleaning 120,- Euro, Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house when due, Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)
 

On request:  Heating: on consumption up to market rates, extra cleaning during vacation: € 50, extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 5 per person, football table: € 0,50 per match

Deposit:  covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited
