Villa Colonne is an attractive little house recently built, with private pool, located in a residential complex in the municipality of Budoni. The house is in part open-face stone and in part plaster, with a large, characteristic patio facing directly on to the pool. Guests of the villa may also use a synthetic tennis/five-a-side football court situated inside the residential complex. Cala Santa Anna with the splendid beach of Porto Ainu is just 1.5 km from the house and can be easily reached on foot. Besides the various beaches on the Budoni and San Teodoro coast, guests can also visit Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, about 40 minutes away by car.
INTERIOR
The house has just one floor. The main entrance, under the large patio, leads directly into the living area divided into sitting room with double divan bed and kitchen-diner. From the sitting room a corridor leads to the sleeping area. On the right of the corridor is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a double bedroom whilst on the left is a bedroom with bunk bed and an extra third bed. The villa, which has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area, is furnished with bright colours which combine well with the surrounding environment.
Equipment: Satellite Tv with Sky decoder, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, american coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot.
EXTERIOR
The property is 250 square metres, 100 square metres of which is planted with lawn, flowers and bushes. The perimeter is delimited by attractive walls in open-face stone. The central part of the property is dominated by the large patio which connects the living area with the pool. One part is furnished with table and chairs for alfresco meals whilst the other is furnished with armchairs, divans and coffee table where guests can relax at the end of the day with a good glass of Mirto (a popular Sardinian liqueur).
Synthetic lawn tennis/5-a-side football court shared use amongst residences.
POOL
The pool, in front of the patio of the villa, measures 10 x 4.5 m with a varying depth of 1.20 to 1.90 m. Entrance to the water is via Roman steps and ladder. It is lined in light blue PVC with chlorine purification. The solarium area, paved in Sardinian stone, is provided with deckchairs and hot-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

LOCATION
Its 18 km long coast on the Tyrhennian Sea has made Budoni one of the most well known and popular tourist resorts in Sardinia with its small coves, cliffs and long beaches of fine white sand, delimited by a dense thicket of Mediterranean maquis. The most beautiful bay in the area is Baia Sant’Anna with its seabed of stones and rocks, only 1.5 km from the villa. Opposite is the little island of Pedrami where various species of birds can be seen. Diving into its waters with mask and flippers to admire the sea floor is an exhilarating experience.
