The countryside around Fano is characterized by low hills decreasing in height as they approach the sea. The old town center goes back to Roman times and they are still regularly finding objects that can be traced back to the Roman era. The town is a well-known seaside resort and the large sandy beaches here (Spiaggia del Lido and Spiaggia di Sassonia) are frequented by tourists looking not only for the seaside but also for tranquility and good local cuisine. The old town center has been restored in recent years and offers many attractions and good shopping.

Villa Emilia is about 3 km from the sea, in a quiet, secluded spot: the building goes back to the beginning of the 1900s, has a sober, elegant architecture, and the interiors are furnished with excellent quality old furniture. The wardens live on the premises in an independent apartment; the beaches are all well-equipped and sun-shades and deck-chairs can be booked, there are bars and excellent restaurants, and Fano is among the "Blue Flag" resorts (meaning that the sea is considered to be very clean).

 

INTERIOR

Ground floor: living-room with satellite-TV with dining corner, studio with piano, inhabitable kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 1 WC with washbasin.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and double wash-basin, 1 double bedroom with balcony and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath-tub and shower extension and double wash-basin.

Equipment:  satellite-TV,  WIFI internet connection, stereo with CD player, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, private parking, mosquito-nets at the windows.

OUTDOOR 

The villa is equipped with a private swimming-pool (5x12m) with dressing-room and bathroom, a furnished garden with relaxation areas, a large covered veranda with barbecue.

 

The price includes : 1 set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price, cleaning during the week 3 hours a day, 1 day per week,  cot for babies under 2 years, towels for the swimming-pool. 

The price does not include:  electricity according to consumption, total final cleaning cost: € 80.00, any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town (details provided on site by the owner).

On request: cooking and cleaning  service available, additional beds cost (1 available): € 100 per week, to be paid on the premises, central heating according to consumption.

 

Security deposit:  € 500.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)

Animals:  not allowed
