From here you will be able to admire a wonderful view of the sea and the Etruscan Coast, and on brighter days you can even see the isles of Elba, Capraia, Corsica and on the other side the peaks of the Appennino Tosco Emiliano.
The villa is an oasis of peacefulness and tranquility, you can relax at the solarium swimming pool or walk along the wide neighbouring paths which penetrate the silver vegetation. The property, completely fenced, is surrounded by more than one hectare of land with olive groves and ornamental plants.
At guests disposal a beautiful pool (size m. 5x11), a gazebo, a barbecue, a washing machine and satellite television. 1,5 km away, in the historical centre of Rosignano Marittimo, there are services of all kinds (banks, shops, supermarkets, chemist's, restaurants, tobacconist's, newspaper kiosk, church etc.).
Within 10 minutes drive, you can reach the white beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the cliffs of Castiglioncello and the smell of pinewoods of Vada, and in less than one hour the main cities of art, such as Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra and Siena.
