Villa Isa is a beautiful villa which is located in a beautiful pine wood near the “Passo della Libbia”, which has been the principal road, since the Medieval period, that joined Arezzo to the little medieval town of Anghiari and the Valtiberina. An ideal starting point for visiting the many historical, artistic and religious sites of great interest such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and so many other smaller sites scattered in the Valley. The villa is divided into two large apartments, one available for our guests and the other occasionally used by the owner. The apartment has been furnished with quality interior decorations and elegant and comfortable furniture.
INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. With separate entrance there is a room with gymnastic equipment.
FIRST FLOOR: reached by an internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, moka coffee maker, small electric oven, table tennis, safe, high chair, wood burning oven, children playground.
EXTERIOR
The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and playground area for children. Near the house, there is a 5 x 12 m swimming pool, at guest's exclusive use, with a smaller part suitable for children (3 x 3 m).

Services included: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial cleaning, pool and park maintenance.
Services not included (to be paid on site): Final cleaning € 90,00 fix.
Services on request (to be paid on site): Heating € 4,50/m³.
Deposit: € 200,00 in cash on arrival.
